The Avenue iPad student app extends the Avenue online environment and creates innovative new opportunities for mobile student e-assessment in all K-20 world language classrooms.
Avenue is an e-assessment platform for building custom language tasks to capture, evaluate, archive, and visualize progress of video-based learner performances in the target language.
The Avenue iPad app is only for students and provides a seamless task-taking experience that mirrors the award-winning browser version of Avenue (the teacher version of Avenue remains in the browser). The app was designed specifically for learners who only have access to an iPad in their school or home, and for teachers who want to create unique, mobile opportunities for spoken or signed language assessment in their classrooms.
