Welcome to The OnBoarding Fitness! Where state-of-the-art Heart Rate monitoring pairs with a wide range of different classes. No matter what your fitness level or goals, we have something to meet your needs. Whether it’s muscle and strength building, weight loss, core work, cardio, or flexibility, we have a class for you. All conducted in a clean, intimate studio setting with limited class sizes, always changing workouts, and highly qualified friendly instructors, you’re ensured to have a welcoming, fun, and sweaty experience!
