App Description

Show Me Math Free links computation with actual objects by showing a brief animated movie for each math problem. For example, 3 + 6 = 9 is illustrated with a group of 3 ants joining six others. This instructional process helps students visualize math.

Students enter answers by tapping a number on a number line, choosing it from a multiple-choice format, or drawing the number with their finger in the answer box. The app allows for unlimited users, each with customizable settings. Show Me Math Free is scanning capable to accommodate students with physical disabilities.

This free version includes addition problems and the ant “show me” animation. Unlock the full version of Show Me Math via an in-app purchase to gain access to the remaining arithmetic operations of subtraction, multiplication, and division. Problems can use numbers from 1-20, and the quiz mode tracks student progress with savable, printable results. The full version also contains three more "show me" animations. Rotating beans, stationary ping-pong balls, and grazing sheep join the already included quick-moving ants.
