View Fix works exclusively with an agent web portal that connects to your iPhone using your iPhone's telephone number. Once connected, you can share pictures of the issue you’re experiencing and get step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. No more wasted minutes trying to explain what you’re seeing or having an AT&T technical support agent describe how something should be hooked up.
