Verizon Support & Protection helps you quickly and conveniently resolve device challenges you may have. Launch the app and use the easy-to-access dashboard to monitor your cell phone’s battery, storage, and location in case you lose it.
Download Verizon Support and Protection to access the following features:

• BATTERY MONITOR: Tracks individual usage to predict what time your battery will run out, how much time you have left for certain activities, and gives tips to maximize battery life

• PHONE STORAGE: Displays storage capacity by photos/videos/other; sorts photos and videos by size so you know what’s taking up the most space

• LOCATE: Track your misplaced phone with last-known location technology, including real-time location checks when your battery is low.

Who’s eligible?

Verizon Support & Protection is available to all Verizon Wireless customers for FREE (data charges apply).

Important Notes
Device must be powered on, have text messaging capability, and be within the Verizon Wireless National Enhanced Services Coverage Area for Verizon Support & Protection features to function. Data usage applies for download and use.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
