Updated review

Updated: After talking with developer support the iPad version uses two finger click for the puzzles to rotate the pieces. The guides are being updated for iOS to reflect this. Great support from the gompany and a great game.

On an iPad you can NOT right click. At for at least two of the game puzzles you need to right click the pieces to spin them. Can’t do this on an iPad. Had to skip the section. When you port a game from PC to IPad make sure you know it’s capabilities.

Disappointing

The free intro game was fun, so when it went on sale, I bought it. But the rest of the game was disappointing. The puzzles ranged from easy to boring, to tedious. I skipped a few because I just didn't care. The moves started out logically, then you were jumping all over the place to find HO scenes and items you didn't even know you needed. Without the map, I would have been completely lost. And, the map AND hint would fail at the same time in helping you. Leaving you to take a leap at finding SOMETHING to do. The instructions for many of the puzzles were poorly written. One talked about placing items in the right place, but the items weren't there. When I moved the one item that WAS there, two more suddenly appeared out of no where, but I needed more. More moves and, presto, there they were. Confused and confusing. Poorly done game. I haven't played the extras yet because, for the first time ever, I don't care about finishing! Yuck!

Annoying pop ups and NO VOICES

Graphics are lovely, game flows nicely, but there are NO spoken words at all. It really ruined the game for me. It takes so much away, you don't feel like you're in the story so much as reading a story. Then, a giant, annoying BF pop up ad within ten minutes of starting the game (which I had already purchased). Too bad such simple things as adding voices and not assaulting my game experience with ads took a four or five star game to a sorry I bought it game. The game had no significant delay moving between scenes but can't get beyond the complete silence. It wouldn't have been so bad if there weren't characters 'talking' all the time. I don't know what they were thinking unless this is an old game they are re-releasing from a time before voice? A shame. Even at the sale price, I don't think I would recommend buying it.
