App Description

This app contains a recorded meditation that lasts 12 minutes. It is a simple guide to relaxation and breathing exercises.
By listening to the app you get a break, a more calm mind and you "come down to earth".

The meditation has background sounds of birdsong and streams that continue after the meditation, so all in all you can sit for 20 minutes in silence and enjoy the resulting peace.

The guided meditation is followed by a visual representation of a body that highlights the area to focus.

Mindfulness is a way to gain more focus in your life.
