This is ridiculous

I pay for this app but for the past few months it doesn’t even open. It’s completely ridiculous. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. They have my email, but no communication whatsoever. Either fix this or refund my money. I’ll be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will post forever on FB. You have some nerve. I’m a lifelong Jet fan. That’s been hard enough. Now I have to be ripped off by Dan Leberfeld, too? Disgraceful!

Purchased and it shows as an active subscription, but the app still says I’ve not subscribed. And I’m not able to ask for help. Guess I paid money for nothing
