Uplifted is a game about being happy! It’s set in the faraway land of Happ, a place filled with joy, wonder and delight… or at least it used to be, before the Viroids arrived and brought doom, gloom and destruction.
Our friend the Happ can restore happiness, but only with your help. Guide the Happ along his journey by burrowing and joyously launching him through each level, relying on hidden friends for extra help to transform and restore his planet to its former happy state.
At the end of each level, you’ll be asked questions to get you thinking about what makes you happy. Visit the Positome to review your bank of answers, giving you a personal record of the positive things in your life.
Research in the field of Positive Psychology has shown that cultivating optimism in this way can undo stress and can train the brain to become more optimistic and positive.
