Have you taken an eye test recently? Ever wondered if you may be colour blind, if your reaction times are normal, or whether your memory is getting worse? Do you know your BMI, or how many calories you should be consuming each day?
Channel 4's Embarrassing Bodies My HealthChecker consists of a variety of simple health self-checks to give an indication of what your risk levels are. It also offers advice on how to improve your health and prevent problems, as well as offering the opportunity to compare your results anonymously with other people.
