Previously purchased titles and items wiped out due to lost save data can be restored using the following method.

1. From the main menu, enter "SHOP".

2. Under the "SUPPORT(Restore purchase)" section, press the "Help" button.

3. Press "OK" at the dialog to confirm the restoration of purchases.

4. Enter your AppleID (if prompted) and password. The AppleID you enter should be the same one used for previous purchases.

5. When the "Restoration of purchase history succeeded." dialog appears, the restoration of purchases is complete.

Be careful that the signal is not cut off while purchasing something. If the purchasing process is interrupted, there is a chance that purchased items will disappear.
Be sure to back up this application with iTunes when deleting it.
