The AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve (TS&R) Mobile app enables U-verse and DSL customers to resolve common service issues from their mobile device. Through the app, AT&T customers can receive notifications of service outages, automatically restart hardware, get interactive repair help and chat live with a specialist.
