You have to install free server software (AiServer Lite) on your Mac. Download and install it from
http://umap.net/wp/macos-apps/aiphotoserver
You can Save to cameraroll the photo, use it with Instagram and so on.
Lite version is limited 5 photos on each album and can't Save. Try Lite version first.
