App Description

The Lacuna Expanse lets you build your own amazing empire in space. You can colonize worlds, build enormous cities, mine asteroids, and engage in espionage with the other players in this massively multiplayer game.

FAMILIAR
If you've ever played Sim City, Masters of Orion, or Civilization, then the Lacuna Expanse will seem new yet familiar to you. It is sort of a unique mix of all of those games, but set in a massively multiplayer persistent universe.

BUILD CITIES
With each new planet you colonize you get to construct massive mega cities, and just as no two planets are alike, no to cities need be either. Choose from over 100 different types of buildings to build out your city.

PLAY WITH FRIENDS
Lacuna is one big universe, which means that all of your friends plus thousands of other people can all play together at the same time.

SOCIALIZE
You can work with other people or against them. Working together allows you to trade, chat, explore the galaxy, form alliances, build massive space stations, enact laws, and more.

STRATEGIZE
If you happen to be the type of player who likes a little mayhem with your empire building, fear not, we have you covered. You can attack other players using war ships, or you can get down and dirty with our unique and exciting espionage system. Infiltrate the very heart of a society and bend it to your will.

ALWAYS FRESH
New content is added to the game weekly to keep things fresh and interesting. Plus contests are held weekly to get unique buildings!

PLAY AT HOME OR ON THE GO
With clients for both your iPhone (both wifi and 3G) and your web browser, you can play wherever and whenever you want.
