iBearing easily lets you take the bearing when trekking or at sea, just look at the world through the iPhone and read the display! iBearing lets you predict your course alterations and set real-world landmarks to head for.
The application displays a compass grid in the camera view. The grid consists of a center line straight forward and vertical lines for every fifth degree which makes it easy to get a sense of where you're going. Depending on the brightness of different situations you can change the color of the grid just by tapping the screen.
