App Description
The AUPEO!® App and AUPEO! Service are provided by Aupeo GmbH (“Aupeo”) based in Berlin, Germany.
Personal Radio by AUPEO!® provides you with music and other audio content (in the US only) which reflects your tastes and interests on your smartphone, connected devices and in select vehicles (extra fee applies).
With Personal Radio by AUPEO! you can:
- Listen to music and other audio content on-the-go
- Create your own Personal Radio mixes
- Connect to Personal Radio in select vehicles and use the optimized in-car interface (requires in-App purchase or monthly subscription)
Personal Radio by AUPEO! utilizes your location to offer personalized location based content (in the US only) such as local weather and traffic conditions and, for non-Premium subscribers, personalized advertising.
To enjoy Personal Radio by AUPEO!, download the AUPEO! App and accept the End User License Terms, register and accept the AUPEO! Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and start your one month free trial today (terms and conditions apply).
By selecting the free trial you will be offered an advertizing-free experience with many of the features available to Premium (paying) subscribers, including limited “skips” and bandwidth optimization. You can personalize your free trial experience by creating your personal mix. In order to provide you with personalized content, Personal Radio by AUPEO! will analyze your use of the AUPEO! service. This is how Personal Radio by AUPEO! learns to play the music and other content that you prefer. You will find more information about collection and use of your personal data in the AUPEO! Privacy Policy.
Once your free trial expires, your service will convert to an advertizing-supported AUPEO! Free Service with more limited features unless you choose to subscribe to the AUPEO! Premium Service for a monthly fee.
Personal Radio by AUPEO! can be controlled directly from in car entertainment systems in supported vehicles (offered to subscribers or to free users as an in-App purchase) from BMW, Mini as well as car entertainment systems like JVC Kenwood. For a current list of Personal Radio by AUPEO! - supported vehicle models, please visit corporate.aupeo.com/faq or visit your car manufacturer’s website.
NOTE: The Driver of the vehicle must agree to allow use of Personal Radio by AUPEO! connected through the vehicle.
PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS:
- Service name: Personal Radio by AUPEO!®
- The price of auto-renew subscription is €5,49/month in Europe or $4.99/month elsewhere
- The payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- The Premium subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- The length of the auto-renew subscription period is one month, including daily content updates.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.
- The subscriptions may be managed by you at any time and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings->Subscription Selection by selecting a Free Service level.
