***Instructions***
Hold your device in your hand firmly, press the "I'm Ready" button on the screen when it shows up and hold still until you hear your teammate pass you the football, when you have it in your hand and if you're in a safe environment, move around looking for a clear shot to your friend or imaginary offense teammate and make the motion you would as if you were tossing the ball, but just the motion while holding on to the device at all times!
