A boosted pilates and wellness studio

Boost will offer a signature workout based on the MOFO Method – a combination of Lagree Fitness & Pilates Fundamentals. Through slow controlled movements and multiple muscle group activation, expect a high intensity yet low impact workout that targets your core, muscular strength, endurance, breathing and alignment. Emphasis will also be placed on the importance of stretching with an ‘Assisted One on One Stretch’ session, where trained flexologists will help you improve your posture, flexibility, athletic performance and range of motion in turn helping to reduce pain, stiff joints and prevent injuries.
