Tip is annoying
I tip in cash at the location if I have it. Ordering through the app, it automatically adds a 15% tip. You’re able to delete it, but it adds it a couple times when you’re ordering so you have to watch your order.
Info didn’t transfer
I used the app before and nothing transferred to this one. To make matters worse, the email said I’d get free dumplings for setting it all up and I don’t even have that.
Rewards disappeared
I have used the app several times and have earned rewards I just tried to use the app again and it told me I needed to update the app which I had previously done I contacted Apple support because my rewards disappeared and never heard back from them now I’m trying to use the app again and it showed my rewards but would not let me order because it said I needed to update the app so I update the app and my rewards disappeared
