What does on-demand mean?
It means you can get a ride when you need it, in real-time. You don’t have to schedule your ride in advance.
How does ART On Demand work?
Start by downloading the ART On Demand app, then create an account using your name, phone number and email address. Confirm your location and input your destination to see the ride options. Then, book your ride and track it in real time.

Can’t even get in
I was just curious to see the map of the service area. I can’t even make an account. It keeps telling me my passwords are weak; I used a random password generator. Of course, no one at the bus office can help me, so I guess I’ll just never use this service.
