新竹縣校園能源行動管理APP是為新竹縣公立中小學之「班班有冷氣」專案設計，提供學校老師可即時查看冷氣使用狀況，並接收系統各項事件通知(如超約卸載，預約排程等)。透過此APP也可幫助學校能源管理人員，透過簡易直觀的介面進行系統查看與維運，確保EMS管理能夠穩定運作，提供整體用電控管之服務。
