Very buggy, no prize follow-up
During the TCL season, there were numerous bugs with the app. Ranging from the app not saving your choices to questions to not displaying rider or race information in real time. Also not tracking or tabulating your points correctly for the prize competition.
I finished in the top 6 overall in the competition and was to be awarded a prize, a €50 Ale gift certificate and UCI TCL sporeo goodie. But there was no contact from the company. I read the fine print and found a name and contact regarding the prizes - Noura Maylin at WBD. I emailed this person for any update and they likewise didn’t respond. After reviewing the most recent version of the app, the global leaderboard standings have been removed entirely. How disappointing and a bit slimy on the company’s part, I might add.
App registration will not work
Not sure if it’s because I am in the USA but the app will not let me register, there is no support offered, and no apparent solution. Tried on my iPad and on my iPhone (both iOSare up-to-date).
