Dishman Performance Baseball provides mental skills training by teaching skills that will help players, coaches, and their families succeed on and off the field. Over 200 articles, videos, podcasts, PDFs, exercises, and forms are searchable and delivered within the app, content is continually added to meet your needs. It's like having Coach Dishman there to help you develop. Each week there are new topics that will help players develop a mindset and goal-setting structure that will strengthen their development. Membership also provides first-chance access to live virtual group meetings.
