Think of Richland County’s RCT Ride app as an easy way to book rides around Richland County — a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy and affordable.
With a few taps, book an on-demand ride or pre book a ride for the future and our technology will pair you with a vehicle and other riders headed the same way.
