What's New

The CCOHS Safe Work app has been updated to include new resources on travel health and safety and zoonotic diseases (for example, Avian Influenza or “Bird Flu”). This update also includes updated guidance to help workplaces prevent the spread of respiratory infectious diseases.

App Description

The goal of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) is to advance health and safety in the workplace. CCOHS offers a wide range of credible and relevant tools and resources to help organizations raise awareness, assess risks, implement prevention programs, and improve health, safety and well-being. The Safe Work app provides access to tip sheets, infographics, videos, and other guidance on a wide variety of health and safety topics, including respiratory infectious diseases and COVID-19 good practices. Search by topic or type, save your favourites, and share with colleagues.

Once it is downloaded to your device, there is no need for an internet connection to run the app. It can be used in remote areas and manufacturing shop floors where connectivity is absent or unreliable.
