Love this game but. . .

I've been playing this game for several years but lately it's been doing strange things. I had to re-install it a while ago and lost all the the games I had finished. Then today the screen seemed confused and turned from portrait to landscape and back again for no reason. When I went back to the game in progress, I had lost over 200 games and was back to an earlier game. I hope you can tell me why or how to fix it. I have restarted my device a couple of times but it didn't fix anything. I don't want to re-install and lose whatever progress I've made a third time. Thanks! Basically I love the game or I wouldn't be concerned.

Issues

I really like this game and expressed that I was having to reinstall every five or so games and was happy to receive a response. I also must’ve played one game 80 times before I finally won it & was told if I needed help to let them know…. I did. No response. The ads feeeze or the game freezes so I uninstall and reinstall which I’ve done like 50 times 2 times in the last 5 mins. Can somebody consistently follow through and get this fixed? I really enjoy this game but I’ve uninstalled it and not play for a week because I was sick of it. Signed frustrated…… well an update I’ve heard from no one….. was able to finish the game, so thank you but I played two games and now I’m stuck on the game. I played at least 50 times again. With the same issues of freezing. And uninstalling so I’m looking for a new game. No response from the creators.

Great game!

I like how some levels difficulty vary throughout playing the game not just challenge levels because it gives enjoyment throughout the game and doesn’t just suddenly get harder and harder so quickly, the game gets progressively harder as I play it at a decent pace. However there is a problem, Some times when I play levels I notice that sometimes the balls given are RNG so sometimes it forces you to use boosters, and sometimes that forces you to restart the level if you are forced to use one booster twice. Overall this is a great game to play if you’re bored
