'Daily Challenges' app is a simple app which lets you have track of all of your daily challenges. you should rate yourself everyday so that it makes you have a record of your daily performance. you can only rate yourself on current day and can't edit previous days rate. you can also let the app notify you for both accomplishing your task and rating yourself.
