You can select up to 4 contacts that you want to place on the widget.
Tap any added contact to remove it from the list.

It's very important for older people to have fast access to their favorite or emergency contacts. This widget comes in handy. I hope you will love it


++ Mood Tracker ++
Tracking your mood is very important for your health, as you get a chance to look back and see how your mood changes during the week.
The mood tracker feature will remind you via local notifications, 3 times a day, so you can open the app and update how you feel.

This widget will be a great reminder for you during the day, as you browse through your phone, and if for some reason you had a bad morning, you will see that widget right there, motivating you to be happier and update your mood.


++ Water Reminder ++
Staying hydrated is super important, and not only during summer days. For our overall health, it's important to remind ourselves to drink more water.
This feature allows you to set your name (it's optional), your daily goal, and weight (if you want to get a suggest daily goal).
The app will send you local notifications to remind you to log your water intake.

This widget is my favorite one because it's very motivational for me. Seeing that I didn't reach 100% or more of my daily goal, it definitely pushes me to grab a glass of water instantly.
