Battered Shack is the brain child of Chang, our resident chef. Chang creates, develops and delivers the tastiest street food Cardiff has to offer. Laura is chief taster and general manager (which is easier said than done when it comes to managing chefs....) Born and bred in Cardiff, Chang has worked as a head chef and private chef for over 25 years. Having seen a gap in the street food market we were inspired to set up our own company. Secret batter recipes, delicious innovative dishes and of course, the famous shack-slaw are all staples on our menus. Currently feeding the local people of Cardiff delicious takeaways, however festivals, farmers markets and events are our speciality.
