== WHAT IS SONAS ==
Sonas is an Irish word meaning Joy, Wellbeing, or Happiness - the very things the Sonas Suite of apps were built to help you capture.
== CLEAN INTERFACE ==
Sonas Workout Journal features a simple, minimalistic design that's intuitive and refreshing to use. Create a new post for each workout and select the workout type, your vibe, add a brief description, and add a photo. Photos have 5 filters available: Instant, Chrome, Transfer, Mono, and Noir.
Browse your workout posts by text or photo. Filter by your favorites, or search for posts by keyword.
== TRACKING ALL WORKOUT TYPES ==
Cardio, Rhythm Movement, Strength, Team + Ball Sports, Water Sports, Mind + Body, and Snow Sports. Keep track of all of the different things you do to move your body.
== VIBES ==
Each post gets tagged with a vibe: Easy, Medium, Hard, Zen, or Thrilling. Vibes are color coordinated and are reflected in your posts.
== STATS ==
The Stats View shows you how many exercises of each type you've completed for the current month. You can compare to the previous month's data, or this year to the previous year!
== SHARE YOUR FAVORITES ==
Sonas Workout Journal is a private journal, however you have the option to share posts on your favorite social platforms.

A: Sonas is pronounced like 'Saw-noss." Go ahead, give it a whirl!
Q: How many photos can be added into a post?
A: Today, a single photo can be added to a post.
Q: Are my posts private and secure?
A: 100% yes. Your posts are private, stored on your device, and are not shared anywhere, unless you tap the share button of course!
Q: Is Sonas Workout Journal available for iPad?
A: Today, Sonas Workout Journal is available exclusively for iPhone
Q: Does Sonas Workout Journal support iCloud Backup?
A: We plan to bring iCloud support in a future release.
