The Advanced Query Messenger tool from 3M Health Information Systems now joined with M*Modal offers a convenient yet comprehensive tool for clinicians to receive, manage, and respond to clinical documentation integrity queries from anywhere. All high-value information, including AI-driven clinical insights and CDIS generated queries, are delivered to clinicians. The system automatically captures and reconciles query responses so the whole revenue cycle team can coordinate efficiently in a closed-loop workflow. This tool provides a secure HIPAA-compliant query management platform that extends the query functionality of existing 3M CDI Solutions licensed users.
