App Description
Hi-Tec Vehicle Management’s mission is to take Vehicle Service & Repair - and the Customer Service associated with it - to the next level. We promise ‘Next Level Servicing’ and that is what you can expect!
Our customer app allows you to schedule appointments, get updates on work in progress, and have two-way messaging with the workshop. App users can even send in recordings of mysterious sounds. The app also features useful tools such as a library of warning lights and their meanings, current offers from our shop, vehicle-related recall information, and a FAQ section about common vehicle issues.
