Ratings and Reviews

vfly79 ,

Works great but could be better

The app is great specially if you don’t log your hours at the end of each flying sector, it goes back a year since it imports the hours from crew web , it doesn’t generate type variant or tail number , and it misses landings ( day/night) also doesn’t show night/day flying ... there is room to make it better!!!

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your review.

You are absolutely correct. The QuickLog app was created for airline pilots who don't normally keep a daily log of their flights. Unfortunately, CrewWeb does not share tail-numbers or type variants. Luckily, the CRJ has one type for all 3 variants, CL-65. I will fix this for the new version.

- Missing Landings (day/night): When I first created the app I thought about not including this column at all, since Crew Web does not record who landed the airplane. I told QuickLog to alternate between flights under the assumption that you don't land the airplane on every leg.

- Day/Night Flying: I can add a column for day/night flying. great idea. It will come up in a future version.

I added a "Contact Developer" button in the new version. You should update your device for the new version.
