Ratings and Reviews
What about video files???
No matter what I do I can't recover my video files. I just accidentally deleted them. The entire file downloads then nothing. Black screen. Noise. Support doesn't help because they say I got this from Apple. My project is being ruined. And my money lost. I'll have to go through the regular online store. Why is this here if it isn't connected to the actual company?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD - DOES NOT WORK
The description under the software is deceiving. It does not tell you explicitly that it does not recover directly from the drive. It only says it can recover from disk images at the bottom as a note that you have to write to them separately for the professional version.
It DOES NOT STATE that this software ONLY works with DISK IMAGES SPECIFICALLY. ANd it does not state it explicitly in main description.
In the primary description it says recover files from mac drives or external storage devices.
Please refund my payment. I went ahead and bought another application called easeUS which works great.

THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED, I HAVE USED STELLAR AND THIS APP DOESNT ALLOW ME TO RECOVER FILES FROM MY HARD DRIVE. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
