Evolve Fitness & Studios has dedicated parking, handicap accessible, state-of-the-art locker rooms with three rooms for our studio classes for yoga, cycle and group class.
Evolve is equipped with diverse pieces to fulfill the needs of multiple styles of exercise. Isolation select machines to help variations of recovery and/or ascetics from pin stack to cables allowing your body to always progress. Turf for functional training with access to sleds, box jumps, gliders, bands, kettlebells, and much more! Evolve has a wide range of free weights and pulleys from single to dual with a wide selection of attachments. Plate-loaded machines from presses, hack squats, Rhino belt squat, squat racks, platforms and new Legend pieces!
A key factor to Evolve Fitness & Studios is our personal training programs. Certified professionals with the ability to help you reach all your goals! From accountability to diet we have the knowledge and tools to help provide your needs. Having a workout routine that is personalized to you, is a huge part of success. All memberships come with a Strategy Session to review your questions.
Ask about our Small Group Training known as “EBURN360” has officially launched. Burning extra calories and giving yourself a visual of your stats with Fitmetrix heart rate monitors. All programs are designed by our trained professionals and adapt to all fitness levels. Keeping EBurn360 classes with small numbers for a semi private interval workout. All workout summaries are emailed with the data collected to keep your caloric deficit accurate.
Athletic training for kids ages 8+. It’s so important to teach your young athletes proper form and control to develop proper stability muscles which will prevent injury and enhance performance. Evolve also trains elite and college athletes.
Group classes is a fun and exciting way to get through your workout! Evolve offers Everything from Les Mills, Zumba, Barre and more! Our group studio is filled with lights and music creating an upbeat atmosphere! All group instructors are helpful and welcoming so never hesitate to try something new! Our dedicated Spin studio gets you in the zone with lights, music, and Fitmetrix heart rate monitors to keep you accountable! Evolve has top notch instructors giving you a variety of hills, intervals, HIIT and more! Check out our Spin schedule on our website! Now including lunch time express classes for our on the run members.
Mind, body and soul comes to mind when walking into our yoga studio! All classes support all yoga levels with heated and non-heated classes for each individuals comfort. Our tranquil studio allows an easy transition from life’s chaos to Zen. Evolve has a wide range of classes from yin, vinyasa, slow flow, power flow and much more! Our top-rated instructors are constantly improving their practice.
