Have been using this app and it has honestly helped me to keep track of what I’ve been doing and helps me to stay on track. Dont know who created but great app for me. Track your own and no need to lie to yourself. Hope to see more from this app soon!!!!!!!!
Great App!
Clean design and easy to use as advertised. Most of the health tracking apps out there are too complicated to use, but with this app logging and tracking my progress is really easy to do.
