Elabo Service is intended for public distribution, so all users e.g. customers or prospects can download the app and directly get in touch with the service/sales team of Elabo by calling and starting a video-call. With additional painting functionality the Elabo team can navigate and consult the apple users.
Elabo Service enables understanding service and assembling instructions easily with interactive Augmented Reality visualisation, videos, images and real-time remote assistance through experts. All information can be synchronised to a central database and exchanged with your colleagues.
