PostureCare is filled with animated exercises and daily exercises that are simple to do and requires no equipments, you can do these exercises anywhere. We also designed a special feature called "Now" that helps you get a custom exercises every time you have been sitting for a long time with bad posture so that way, wherever you are even at your work you will get a reminder to fix your posture and get an exercise.
