Joba is a mechanism to put people who need casual labour in touch with people who are looking for work. You can talk to applicants before accepting them and all financial transactions are agreed and managed by you.
Joba enables you to notify people within 5 miles of your location that you have some work going. It’s a way to hire casual workers directly and avoid agencies and their exorbitant agency fees
You can list any kind of casual work on Joba:
• One-off, short term or ongoing arrangements.
• Casual labour or emergency cover.
• Rapidly source candidates for your added value service.
• Provide opportunities to your local community – users of the Kanndoo Grafta app.
• Or specifically to people in greatest need – users of the Kanndoo Cara app.
Do you need casual labour, drivers, gardeners, waiting staff or just someone to help you lift something? There are people around you right now who will respond to your shout out!
