The App aids the 1-time secure setup to connect to Wireless@SGx network.
IMDA’s Wireless@SGx application facilitates the one-time setup of users’ Wi-Fi profile for seamless connection to Wireless@SG hotspots island-wide.
Through this app, you can:
- Set up your device to automatically connect to the Wireless@SGx network
- Locate Wireless@SG hotspots
- Run speed tests and diagnostics that provide information on your network experience
- Receive important updates on Wireless@SG

Mobile data charges may apply if the Wireless@SGx application is using the device’s mobile network (data) to perform functions that requires Internet connectivity.

App boots out after entering OTO
App does not work with iOS 16.2 and needs to be updated. The app boots out when entering the OTP. App previously worked with previous iOS version. My profile expired so I tried to get another one with new OTP but the app won’t work now since iOS was updated. Tried with latest version which just came out and again does the same thing.
Can’t get OTP using US number
Going to echo other reviews: I was unable to get an SMS confirmation using my foreign (US) phone number. Tried several times, and nothing. Pretty lame, since having WiFi on the MRT would be nice. It would be entirely better if they just used email instead of SMS; non-Singaporeans would be much better off.
Useless
Guess no one is maintaining this app. Tried it with different phones at different times with different accounts and never could get it to work. Latest time I tried is today with ios17. Can’t get on the server to complete registering. Might as well not have the app. What a waste of time.
