Welcome to Infinite Jonathans 1.0!

Here's what's new in this update.

- Complete voice over for all text events!
- Short tutorial! We explain a bit about the Infinite Jonathans Universe and tell you how it all works!
- All images and sounds are stored on the device instead of downloading from the internet (gotta save that data plan)
- Small bugs and improvements:
- returning to the main menu correctly shows the event image and the current Jono number
- transition shows tip to turn up volume to hear voice over :)
- returning to main menu shows a small animation
