The 10min diet, a new concept dieting application for regulating meal portions and restricting meal times. If you have failed in your diet on account of regulating meal portions, reduce the time of your meals. While sitting at the table, turn on the application and an alarm will alert you when 10 minutes have passed to assist you in finishing your meal.
Additionally, the 10min diet comes with a variety of additional features, including:

Take a picture of your meal at the table and share it with your friends. Take pictures of your meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner to monitor what and how much you are eating, and compare your diet to your friend's diets.

Send and receive uplifting messages to your friends while they're eating. Positively influence friends, and assist them in eating smaller meals. Additionally, you can exchange questions or candid opinions on each other's diets.
[Weekly Rankings]
Check rankings, and share diet success rates and diet patterns, etc. of your friends through the diets collected during the week. Get motivated for your diet by checking who had the most success in their diet, and who had the most meals.
[Newsfeed]
Check your friends status and their meal experiences in real time. If you're curious about what your friends are eating this evening, the 10min diet will let you find that out. If you have friends eating chicken and pizza as late night meals feel free to nag them.
[Diet Calendar]
The diet calendar's weekly examples can help you understand at a glance the success or failure of a diet, and the number of meals each day. Confirm the day's meal portions and diet through detailed daily information.
