Just a soap calc and very limited at that

Few included oils, with the ability to add more with only sap value, No other info, i.e. values of oils. No place to add additives in a list for future use. If you are looking for a Mac soapmaking program this is not it. Stick with SoapMaker and run on Parallels. You are better off using free online soap calc. Waste of money. Had to purchase to see what it had. Sorry I did.

too basic for price

I am new to soap making and wanted an app to help me come up with my own recipes. Purchased this app for $4.99 which is way too expensive for what you get. I would like to see more preset oils, oil qualities, and basic explainations. For the price, it should be included. Otherewise drop the price.

I am sorry you are not pleased with the app. It is clearly stated that it is not a tutorial. It is a place to store your recipes and calculate lye and water.

Soap making is complex; and safety considerations should be researched. Oil qualities may differ by supplier. Oils have many different characteristics which must be researched per need. These topics are beyond the scope of this app.

I believe the price is appropriate.
