When you save a file, it comes with data that are not particularly content itself, like the file’s owner, creation date, modification date, read-only status, among others - these are known as a file’s Metadata. This can lead into someone having access to your private information when sharing files.
If you are worried about these private information leaks, you need a metadata editor! With Metadata - Edit Multiple Files, you can protect your information by changing them to any other information you want.

How to Use

• Click Load Files to import the files you want to work on
• Pick a date on the calendar for the creation and modification dates
• Drag the pointers to set the daytime you want to appear in the creation and modification dates
• Check the “Make Read Only” and “Hide Extension” checkboxes as you wish
• Click Apply to All or select the files you want to edit and click Apply To Selected
