This turntable is absolutely beautiful, there’s no denying that. But that’s all it is. If you don’t use it frequently enough it will disconnect from your Bluetooth/Sonos speaker. To reconnect, you have to uninstall this app, unplug the turntable, reinstall the app, plug the turntable back in, wait for at least 2 minutes and then reconnect to the turntable through the app before you can finally attempt to connect to your Bluetooth/Sonos speaker again. I’ve had to do this nearly every time I’ve used it. Honestly it prevents me from listening to vinyl most of the time. They say any Bluetooth speaker will work, not just Sonos, though they strongly recommend Sonos. I suppose any Bluetooth speaker with an app might work. I purchased a $500 Marshall speaker that has no app. I had to repeat the steps above before every use. Luckily TRNTBL sent me a free Sonos Play:1 because it took almost 2 years to receive the turntable itself. It got to the point that I told them I wanted my money back and suddenly, as if by magic, I was offered a free Sonos speaker and my turntable was shipped within the week. It’s been nothing but a hassle since. This review is pointless since by the time anyone will be reading this you’ll have already received your TRNTBL and will only be on the AppStore for this app because you need it to set up your device. Oh well, at least your turntable is beautiful.

$500 paper weight. It’s beautiful and that’s where it stops. App is crap, customer service is a joke, it takes you hours to set up (even with the help of a tech...and that’s after you schedule an appointment with a tech). If you don’t use it every other day, it’s disconnected and your horror story starts back over.

So very disappointed in this product. Had high hopes for it.

This product is smoke and mirrors. Beautiful product and beautiful site but the product does not work and there is absolutely no customer service. No one will answer you. I’m pretty sure they are out of business.
