Reducing your dependency on Social Networks has never been easier with TEN.
TEN is a reduction technique based on weekly goals to help you control your dependency on Social Media.

How it works?
As the name suggests, by adopting the app you will be able to reduce your accesses to Social Media by 10% each week.
1. The first week is for MONITORING: you should access normally Social Media via the Launcher Screen of TEN to give the app initial data to work on.
2. From week 2 the app will show you how many accesses you have left in order to achieve your (weekly-10%) goal.

• Track how many times you access every app
• See how many accesses you have left to achieve your goals
• Control your progress with Analytics data
