works to test your joystick connectivity

On Sony Dualsense controller, the 4th axis is L2. That's why TinkerTots thought the app wasn't working for the right stick.

I also used it to test if my FlySky RC controller was connected, using the trainer cable to USB adapter purchased from Amazon. It worked for this. But only 3 axis showed up, not 4. Not sure how to fix that so all 4 axis show up. Is it a problem with Joystick Monitor, or with the plane setup on the FlySky FS-i6 controller?

This app doesn't let you remap keys, just a quick check to confirm you are connected.

Needs Update to Reflect Newest Game Controllers

This app successfully detects but mis-identifies both my SteelSeries "Nimbus " and Sony "DualSense" game controllers. The app's voice assistant tells me they are unknown devices and the display (GUI) flags them as unknown.

Despite that mis-identification, this app seems to successfully test most* of the buttons on those game controllers. However, it FAILS to fully test the right hand joystick on my Sony DualSense. For some unknow reason, it only shows movement along the X-axis no matter how I move the joystick around. Yet, it show perfectly the movement in all directions (XYZ axis) for the left-hand joystick.

Tells you if a device is working.

Worked great with my wired Logitech Extreme Pro joystick.

This app did exactly what it said it would. It let me test my controllers and joysticks and see if each button, toggle and axis was recognized.

I see several people gave this app a low score because their joystick / controller wasn't seen which isn't really fair because telling you your device isn't connecting is a valid testing response.
