Requirements
- Minimum iOS 12.1
- DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS customers must register their Business account on DIRECTV's website, https://www.directv.com/register, to access the DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Remote app for tablets.
In the “Enter your last name” field, enter entire business name exactly as it appears on your DIRECTV account including spaces and punctuation. The registered email address and password serve as credentials to sign into your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Remote App. Contact DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Support Team at 888-388-4249 for email updates and password resets.
- Compatible DIRECTV HD Receivers must be broadband connected to the same local network as the iPad; requires a Wireless Router and DIRECTV Ethernet to Coax Adapter (DECA).
- App is compatible with iPad only; iPhone version is not available for business accounts.

Latest update serious problems
The business remote was awesome till the last update and the timing of the issues couldn’t be worse with march madness in full swing. HELP!
Thanks for nothing
This might be the worst app I’ve ever had. You change from a perfectly good one with all the bugs fixed and give us this one that has all, the same problems the other one had before you made us use this one.
And as if this app wasn’t horrible already in the last week it has crashed 5 times!! And it did it twice today. Ever since this company was merged with AT&T it is like they don’t even care about customers or customer service

Horrible business tool and the only option we have is this worthless app. We pay thousands of dollars a month for a business account and you can’t provide us with app that work so we don’t have to walk around to 12 tvs and change the channel.
We can’t wait till another company is able to provide the NFL ticket for businesses so we can switch
