Key Colony is your private gate to your very own residence, wherever you might be. Access your Facilities Reservations, Concierge, Front Desk and Repair Requests, control Visitors Access, view and accept Delivieries, keep in touch thru our Internal Messaging System, all thru your iPhone or iPad, no matter where you are.
Location is required to improve scanning performance of its beacons feature, which allows specific interaction between the Community, its Residentes and the App.
