Description

Take seven minutes every morning to get energized.

The 7 Minute Yoga Routine / Sequence promotes a healthy flow of energy so that you can look and feel your best.
Boost your energy, boost your spirits, boost your confidence!

The app is a simple, elegant and perfect solution for yoga practice.

The key to this routine is concentrating on deep breathing so you can transition to a more relaxed mental and emotional state. You should also work through the poses and stretches in whatever way feels good for your body since the whole point is to feel better after the routine.

The seven-minute yoga workout includes multiple yoga sequences with the option to create your own yoga routine.

This sequence does an excellent job of releasing tension and waking up your muscles, from your back to your hamstrings to your chest and more.
The poses will strengthen and lengthen your body, and help you feel fit and flexible all day long in mind, body, and spirit.

Features of the app:
- Different yoga routines
- Track your progress to help you stay motivated; with comprehensive statistics and several achievements.
- Live yoga sessions with a timer and instructions
- Customizable settings; amount of circuits, time per exercise / pose, rest time and more
- List of 50 yoga exercises

WHY AirHorn and whistle???

Like another review stated, it’s a great app for a quick practice, prompting poses. I would agree it would have been a 4 or 5 star rating.

BUT, what on earth possessed the developers to use the airhorn and whistle for transitions!?!? How about the tap of a Tibetan Singing Bowl or gentle gong or anything else? I wouldn’t even want those sounds for a more traditional workout app, certainly not yoga.

Please change the sounds. 🙏🏻

Needs Better Sounds

This app would be 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible noises it makes to tell you to transition to rests and other poses. It starts with an air horn (because everyone knows yoga is all about tensing up and startling noises) and then the transitions are whistles which I assume are to take your mind back to the relaxing time of middle school gym classes when you were still growing into your body, everyone was awkward, and then you had to change clothes in front of one another. Everything else about the app is amazing. Lots of poses, you can make your own routine, it describes the poses, and it even gamifies the whole process with achievements and experience points. Just needs to do like the other workout apps we have and use the text to speech function to tell you to rest and what the next position is.

Create your own routine glitch

When I created my own routine ($.99 feature), I wasn’t able to add more than one routine and once I selected my routine, I wasn’t able to switch back to the preset routines. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to try again, but I don’t want to pay a second time to try to make my own routine if I may run into the same problem.
